Bonnell Ford was establised in 1925 by Ralph Holbrook Bonnell Sr. Ralph was a great man known for his honesty and integrity and built the dealerships reputation around these traits.
In the 1960's Ralph's sons Ralph Jr and Bruce Bonnell took over the business and continued to build on their fathers heritage. Today, Ralph Jr's sons: Brooks, Curt and Steven Bonnell are 3rd generation owners in a business where so many faces and names change and "under new ownership" signs going up and coming down. We have employees with 30+ years of service here who have joined our family's commitment to honor Ralph Sr's vision. We invite you to come see our family at work!
What is a Customer Care Center?
My name is Sue Bonnell and Katie Pomeroy and I head up this office which is dedicated solely to customer satisfaction and creating a positive customer experience. Our job includes answering sales calls, internet inquiries, quoting pricing, setting your new vehicles maintenence schedule up, following up to ensure your satisfaction and get feedback for improvement. We do things just a little bit different here and I'm often told in my survey calls "that it was the best car buying experience I've ever had".
